All orders are carefully prepared and packed from New Zealand.

During high-demand periods, launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

We ship across New Zealand using tracked shipping services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within New Zealand: 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier delays or remote delivery areas.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

Estimated international delivery times:

  • International orders: 3–5 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on the destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been handed to the courier, Oroa Sound Bowls is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier company to investigate the issue.
